Oratorio Performances

An oratorio singer of great experience, Rachel’s oratorio performances are extensive. Her classical soprano voice has resonated in venues from The Royal Albert Hall and The Barbican to the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall and St. Patrick’s Cathedral Dublin.

Soprano soloist for a BBC Radio 3 recording of Haydn’s The Creation, conducted by Sir Philip Ledger, Rachel has also worked with many internationally renowned conductors including Sir David Wilcocks, Peter Robinson and Tan Dun.

Recent oratorio performances include Mendelssohn Elijah with Stratford Choral Society; Handel’s Messiah with the Manchester Chamber Choir; the Haydn Harmonie Messe in St Asaph’s Cathedral, Wales; and Rossini Petite Messe Solenelle with North Yorkshire Chorus.
